Weekly Notes October 16, 2017

Happy Monday!

We had a small group of students and teachers attend the 100 celebration of Fatima this past Saturday. We joined others from the area churches and organizations to pray the mysteries of the rosary. I was proud of the students and teachers who took time from a busy Saturday to participate. I enjoyed being with them and joining in prayer.

Thank you for helping your child participate in the dress down day for Dreams Come True. A total of $348.00 was raised. Go Cubs!

We are happy to be able to provide an After-Care service for you. It is a service that many of you take advantage of. I do need to remind you that payments are due to Miss Vicky every Friday for the prior week.  She asks that payments are given to her in the same envelope that your statement was sent home in. Thank you!

On Wednesday report cards will be given out. I will be going to every class to distribute them. Please be sure they are signed and returned in a timely manner. Stay tuned for more information about a parent conference afternoon/evening for those who wish to speak to their child’s teacher(s). More to come.

Each student has in his/her possession a Conduct Card which is to be signed by you on a daily basis. The conduct card lets you know how your child’s conduct was on that given day. If a child does not have the card signed two days in a row, he/she receives a detention. It is ultimately the child’s responsibility to show you but please ask him/her to see it.

I hope you have a blessed week!
